Carmelo is an information security professional with more than 12 years of experience across global consulting, systems integration, and multinational telecommunications and technology environments. His work focuses on governance, risk, compliance, security strategy, and CISO advisory.
He has supported more than 70 organizations across highly regulated sectors, including energy, utilities, financial services, telecommunications, transportation, and critical infrastructure. His experience includes leading multi-year cyber transformation programs and defining governance frameworks, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
Carmelo is also an adjunct lecturer at LUISS Business School and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
